WHSTE presents their Spring Play - RADIUM GIRLS
A gripping, fast-paced drama based on true events, following a group of young factory workers who take on a powerful corporation after discovering that the luminous paint they were told was harmless is slowly killing them.

Hosted by all three Wayland Elementary Schools, this beloved event brings families together to exploret raditions from around the world—through food, music, dance, games, crafts, and more!

Wayland Little League - Baseball and Softball

Little League parade and opening day celebration!
Saturday, May 2
10:30 a.m. Players and coaches will meet at Wayland Middle School
10:30 am Parade Begins
10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Fun celebration including bounce houses, face painting, baseball & softball skills challenges, and more, plus snacks and pizza from The Villa. 

This event is open to the entire community.

Bike Drive

Wayland Town Center, behind Ace Hardware.

The bikes will be fixed up and then distributed to kids and adults in need of low-cost, local transportation by he Lowell Bike Connector.

(Please take severely rusted bikes that have been left outside to your local metal recycling bins.)

Splash and Dash - Wayland Rev250 Celebration

The Splash and Dash community race begins at the Wayland Community Pool (WCP) for the "splash" and continues on the grounds of Wayland High School for the "dash".  
  • Kids Race (12 & under) - 100 yard swim and 1/2 mile run
  • Teen/Adult Race (13 & over) - 250 yard swim and 2 mile run
This event is part of Wayland’s Rev250 Celebration marking the 250th birthday of the United States.
Rain or shine.

Annual Plant Sale
May 16, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Wayland Town Building
Featuring perennials, vegetables, herbs, some annuals and a large assortment of native plants both straight species and cultivars. Many of the plants come from our members’ own gardens who want to share their successes with you.

 

Wayland-Weston Social Dance

Registration open! 
This is for students who will be entering 5th grade in the fall. Classes are designed to help children develop essential social skills in both formal and informal settings using the vehicle of ballroom dance. Classes are Tuesdays from 4-5pm on September 8, 16, 22, 29 and October 6, 13, 20 & 27.
